1. Do not thaw your quiche before baking
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3. Remove the plastic protective wrap
4. Place quiche on baking sheet
5. Bake for approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours (start testing for doneness at 1 hour)

Ovens and altitudes may vary. To test for doneness, insert a knife in the center of the quiche. If the knife comes out clean, it is done.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE BAKING A MEDITERRANEAN QUICHE, BAKE AN EXTRA 10 to 15 MINUTES.

6. Remove from oven and let set/rest for about 10-15 minutes.
